Shortly after the Antique Chapter
was formed in 1983, the first annual June Tour was held in Mission,
B.C. About 15 cars and 1 motorcycle took part in the two-day tour
along the back roads of the scenic Fraser Valley. It was a
homecoming of sorts for the 1907 Cadillac Model K belonging to Quint
and Hazel MacAdam. One of the highlights was a visit to the local
museum, where an early photo of the Cadillac was found in the archives.
This tour began the annual tour tradition for our chapter and it is
nice to see that so many of the cars and drivers present in 1983 are
still active today.
