The story of the 1912 S.G.V. is another great tale of a local car that has been preserved through the decades and is in itself a piece of British Columbia history.

Included here is a reprint of an article published in The Vintage Car, Volume 1, Issue 3 (1958), written by Laurel Ellwyn.  Other information has also been provided by Mr. Jack Fleetwood, a Vancouver Island resident who remembered the car in its early days, and Fairburn Farm in Cowichan, B.C.    Of course, the present owner of  the car was also extremely helpful in providing  pictures and information.
