Foster spent most of his life in Victoria, B.C., and his Speedway
Service Station was the hub of local automobile activity for many
years. He was one of the earliest collectors of antique cars in
the province . Phil's passion for old cars, and his relentless efforts to preserve them, has had a significant effect on collectors, to this day.
